Fragmentation

Truth be treason
in such empty lines
Full of hope blown up
The balloon popped
Splattered on the ground
Bled through straight
The cross-stitch fades
Entered the madness
Shaken with empathy
Sown up the chasm
Thread stretched taunt
Began upon the ending

Alone, Heart and Soul

All alone you are,
And all alone you’ll stay,
For you never let love come,
And never let it fly away.
Alone appears so empty,
And looks so devoid of meaning,
Nothing surrounds you heart,
And your life is waning.
Your heart is full of sadness,
And longing for something good,
But your heart stays closed,
And lets in nothing that could.
Maybe you’ll make your dreams come true,
And let happiness swell.
But you learn nothing from your mistakes,
And never learn how to quell,
the longing of your heart,
And the loneliness of your soul.

Falling Away

I find myself alone
the tears slide gently
down to the barren ground
my knees start to shake
I crumble
down to the barren ground
My nails dig into the earth
inflicting my pain unto it
down to the barren ground
blood wells inside
scars I dwell upon
down to the barren ground
heart flutters
throat dries
down to the barren ground
breath slows
lungs still
down to the barren ground
life stops
death starts
down to the barren ground.

Fading lights

Memories fading,
mind erasing,
losing grip on reality.
Trying to remember,
but more is slipping away.
Forgetting what is done,
and what was about to be.
Oh, Its agony,
feeling so helpless,
without any control.
Afraid that one day, I’ll wake up
not knowing who I am, or who you are.
Help, please,
I want to remember,
I need to remember,
for the sake of my sanity.

Deception

Every morning I wake up tired
despite the sleep
Every night I put off sleep
despite the tiredness
The feeling is awful and empty
gnawing at my soul
hate is meaningless
a vague concept out of reach
love is the same
though I hope it won’t always be
sadness is all consuming
though dull and empty.
I hate feeling like this
but I don’t feel hate
I don’t feel at all.
