burst report!

Today is not my day!because when I reported about Foundamental of Nursing which is a major subject in my course.I was not good enough in addressing my topic to the class.Its a burst report because when my classmate raised questions about Joyce Travelbee a theorist who imposed the,"human to human relationship model".She asked me,"what is the learning method of Joyce Travelbee in relation to the practice,education and research?".I answered her,"sorry I can't answer your question".Then unsatisfying feeling I feel in that moment but through that experieced I have learned to prepare everytime our C.I assign to report something.

coping stress in our life

My teacher in physiology assigns us by group to report about behaviors, attitudes in life and so on… me and my group mates was assigned to report “coping stress in our life” which is so interesting. And we found out that in coping stress in our life you must to:

• Like yourself—recognize your needs and forgive your errors.
• Work on only one project at a time: set priorities, being careful not to set expectations too high.
• Learn to accept what you cannot change.
• Talk about troubles: confide in a special friend or a trained professional. Another person may help you to see your problem in a new light.
• Learn how to relax: take time to do something you really enjoy or learn the art of loafing.
• Work off tensions: try a physical activity like walking, playing a game of tennis, gardening, or playing your favorite musical instrument.
• Treat yourself to sufficient sleep: know how many hours you need. Sufficient sleep will help to give you a refreshed, energetic outlook on life.

back to school

School

School bells are ringing, loud and clear;

Vacation's over, school is here.

We hunt our pencils and our books,

And say goodbye to fields and brooks,

To carefree days of sunny hours,

To birds and butterflies and flowers.

But we are glad school has begun.

For work is always mixed with fun.

When autumn comes and the weather is cool,

Nothing can take the place of school.

A computer relationship?

You know it is time to reassess your relationship with your computer when….

1. You wake up at 4 O’clock in the morning to go to the bathroom andstop to check your email on the way back to bed.

2.You turn off your computer and get an awful empty feeling, as if you just pulled the plug on a loved one.

3.You decide to stay in college for an additional year or two, justfor the free internet access.

4.You laugh at people with 28.8 modems.

5.You start using smileys in your snail mail.

6.You find yourself typing “com” after every period when using a wordprocessor.com

7.You can’t correspond with your mother because she isn’t cool enough = doesn’t have a

computer.

8.When your email box shows “no new messages” and you feel reallydepressed.

9.You don’t know the gender of your three closest friends because theyhave nondescript screen

name and you never bothered to ask.

10.You move into a new house and you decide to “Netscape” before youlandscape.

11.Your family always knows where you are.

12.In real life conversations, you don’t laugh, you just say “LOL, LOL”.

A poem for the Internet Addict...
I asked the Lord to tell me
Why my house is such a mess.
He asked if I'd been 'puting,
And I had to answer "yes."

He told me to get off my butt
And tidy up the house.
And so I started cleaning up...
The smudges off my mouse.

I wiped and shined the topside.
That really did the trick...
I was just admiring my work...
I didn't mean to 'click.'

But click, I did, and oops I found
A real absorbing site
That I got SO way into...
I was into it all night. (Sigh)

Nothing's changed except my mouse
It's very, very shiny.
I guess my house will stay a mess...
While I sit here and surf the Internet
